FOR 1st TIME CLUB ADMINISTRATORS OR STANDALONE coach/teacher
THE SIGNING UP PROCESS
If you are setting up a club or organizational account or are a stand alone coach/teacher wanting to use SLS just for your team or class, then you first need to go through a very quick and easy signup and club/team account creation process. STEP 1 -DOWNLOAD THE APP
STEP 2 - SIGNUP AND CREATE YOUR CLUB/SCHOOL/CAMP ADMIN ACCOUNT
Go to the account sign up page on the app and follow the prompts to sign up and create your standalone team or club account. (PLEASE NOTE - If you are creating an administrative account for a club, school or camp rather than a standalone team or class, we strongly recommend that you consider using a specific club/school/camp email AND NOT A PERSONAL one as this administrative email will be used as a username and locked for this account in perpetuity. IE if you are in a club/school/camp position you may wish to pass this role on in the future. Access to the administrative account allows the user to buy discounted bulk memberships and make other changes)
STEP 3 - LOG IN AND CREATE YOUR CLUB DATA BASE
When you have made your administrative account you are then able to add coaches/teachers and or players and students to the club account. YOU CAN DO THIS THROUGH THE APP OR VIA OUR WEB APP MANAGEMENT PAGE BY LOGGING IN AT http://sportlifesuccess.com.au Once you have added other coaches/teachers to the account they are able to login with their own separate details and add more students and players to your data base also and use the app for game play.

STEP 1 - LOGIN AS COACH/TEACHER/COUNSELLOR
Log into your club account using your given username and password (download Sport Life Success App from google play if you have not already done so.).
STEP 2 - FILL IN SPORT/LESSON/ACTIVITY DETAILS
Go to select today's team. Here you will follow the prompts and fill in information relevant to today's game including opponent, date, grade/age.
STEP 3 - SELECT TEAM/CLASS/GROUP
To select today's team you will be able to scroll through your database of players. If you need to add a new player by registering them to this list you will be able to do so here by following the prompts. You can also reactivate previously registered players here so that you can use SLS for them today.
STEP 4 - SELECT AWARD PARAMETERS FOR THE ACTIVITY
Once all players have been selected and saved you will be prompted to select your positive "involvement" numbers for each level of award between bronze and platinum you want your players to work towards. You will also be offered the opportunity to fill in jersey numbers for each player and then have players displayed by jersey number, first name of surname when using the app during game play.
STEP 5 - USE APP DURING GAME/CLASS/ACTIVITY TO SCORE
Your team should be now displayed on your screen. Each time a player contributes to the game in a way that you want them to you just tap on their name/number box to record it as you watch the game.
STEP 6- FINALIZE SCORES AND SEND OUT AWARDS
At the end of the game or session you will press next and a table will come up with each of the players results along with the level of award they will receive. There will be an opportunity here to adjust players level of certificate if you would like and also an option to not send players and their supporters their certificates. Before sending out the certificates you will have an option to either use SLS's Championship Certificates or have the opportunity to add a team photo from your phone/tablet to add onto the certificate. After this you can just press send and each player and their supporters will receive this game/sessions positive recognition certificate.
